How to delete your account
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered. Please read through this page carefully before proceeding.

Delete directly in the app
RecommendedThe fastest way to delete your account is from within the app itself.
- → Open the app on your device
- → Tap Settings in the bottom navigation
- → Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- → Read the warning and tap Confirm to proceed
Your account will be permanently deleted within 30 days of confirmation.

Request deletion by email
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion by email. Send your request from the email address or phone number associated with your account.
- → Send an email to admin@clutrlabs.com
- → Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
- → Include the email address or phone number you used to sign up

✕ Your calendar events
✕ Your tasks and deadlines
✕ Your to do list items
✕ Your group memberships
✕ Your push notification tokens
Note on shared group content: Content you created within shared groups, such as calendar events and tasks visible to other members, may remain visible to those members until they delete it or the group is dissolved. We recommend leaving all shared groups before requesting deletion if you wish to remove your contributions.
Some limited information may be retained beyond 30 days only where required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. If this applies to you, we will notify you.
